From Prestige Plaza, take Ngong Road toward the Kamburu Drive junction at Pinetree Plaza. You are on the same road. You are not yet at the spa when you are in the Prestige car park.
Prestige sits on Ngong Road, so the 5–7 p.m. crawl applies. Midday and after 8 are the easy windows.
Along Ngong Road, not inside the plaza
Leave Prestige onto Ngong Road and head for the Kamburu Drive turn at Pinetree Plaza. In light traffic that is about 4–7 minutes. You will pass ordinary Kilimani shopfronts. None of them is the entrance.
The plaza basement is a common place to lose ten minutes. Come out to Ngong Road first, then drive. If a pin drops you at Prestige when you asked for the spa, tell the driver to continue to Kamburu Drive.
Shopping, then a private hour
Prestige is an errand stop. The session is the quiet part afterwards. Gentlemen who do both on one outing usually shop first, then ride to the drive so the car is where they will leave from.
Evening bookings need the Ngong Road warning. A 6 p.m. table at the spa is not a 6 p.m. departure from Prestige on a weekday. Leave earlier, or take 8:30, when the road has emptied and the same 4–7 minutes is believable again.

- Exit to Ngong Road before you follow any pin. Basement GPS is unreliable.
- Pinetree Plaza is the turn after Prestige, not a second mall to park in.
