From Adlife Plaza, follow Ngong Road through the Kilimani shops toward the Kamburu Drive turn at Pinetree Plaza. You pass Prestige Plaza on the way. Do not stop there.
Adlife is further along Ngong Road, so peak hour can push this past 20 minutes. The morning and late evening stay in range.
One road, more lights
You stay on Ngong Road from Adlife toward Pinetree Plaza and turn onto Kamburu Drive. In light traffic, 7–12 minutes. You will pass Prestige. That is a sign you are going the right way, not a place to restart the pin.
The extra minutes compared with Prestige are junctions, not a different neighbourhood. If a driver suggests cutting through estates, only agree if they already know those gates. The main road is slower at peak hour and harder to get lost on.
Plan the hour, not the mall
A session after Adlife needs a buffer the nearer roads do not. For a weekday 6 p.m. booking, leave the plaza well before 6 or choose a later time. After 8, the 7–12 minute range is usually true again.
Deep tissue and hot stone are common from this end of Kilimani because people have already been on their feet in the mall. Tell Barbie if that is the case. The ride is not long enough to count as rest.
